Notice of Postponement and Venue Change for Zhang Zhehan’s 2026 “Kaleidoscope” Fan Meeting

Dear Fans and Friends,

With deep regret and our sincerest apologies, we hereby inform you that the Zhang Zhehan 2026 “Kaleidoscope” Fan Meeting, originally scheduled to take place on January 31, 2026, in Seoul, South Korea, has been postponed and relocated due to uncontrollable circumstances. After a careful evaluation, we have to make the difficult decision to change the time and location of this event.

New details regarding the date and location will be announced through official channels once confirmed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this unexpected change may cause and deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

To ensure proper follow-up, the arrangements are as follows:

1. Ticket Refund

All tickets purchased through official platforms will be fully refunded with no cancellation fee.

Please do not cancel tickets by yourself, as doing so may incur service fees. Refunds will be processed collectively via the ticketing platform.

Credit Card Payments:

All transactions will be cancelled collectively. Refunds will be processed within approx. 7 business days. Refund date is depend on credit card company’s policy, please call credit card company for more details.

Bank Transfer Payments:

Cancellations will be processed sequentially, and ticket holders will be notified via SMS. After receiving the notification, please log in to YES24 → “My Tickets” page to enter or update your refund bank account information.

Please check out: My Tickets → Reservation Confirmation/Cancellation → Refund Status → Edit Refund Account → Save account details (Please ensure the bank name, account number, and account holder’s name are accurate).

Refunds will be processed within approx. 7 business days from the date the account information is submitted.
