Reception: Good morning, welcome to the Ocean Hotel. How can I help you today?
Haizhe: Hi there. I have a reservation for tonight, and I was hoping to check in early if possible. Here’s my passport.
Reception: Let me check that for you. I’ll see if we can get your room ready sooner.
Haizhe: I appreciate it.
Reception: I’m sorry, but it seems your room isn’t quite ready yet.
Haizhe: Okay. Can we drop off our luggage at the hotel?
Reception: Of course, you can leave it with us. Here is your luggage ticket.
