《琅琊榜》，是一部中国大陆古装电视剧，由山东影视传媒集团出品，改编自作家海宴的同名小说，故事发生于参照南梁时代虚构的架空世界。该剧由曾获白玉兰奖最佳导演孔笙、李雪联合执导。张哲瀚在剧中饰演少年林殊。本剧于2015年9月19日在北京卫视和东方卫视首播，爱奇艺、优酷、乐视等网络平台同步播出。台湾OTT平台LiTV 线上影视同步上架。

大梁昭平皇帝萧选年轻时得言阙及林燮相助，取得帝位。萧选登基后，任林燮为大梁最精锐的赤焰军统帅，亦纳林燮之妹为宸妃，而宸妃亦为萧选诞下皇长子祁王萧景禹。祁王长大后，广受臣民拥戴，但已步入中年的萧选，变得多疑，担心祁王与其舅父林燮合谋，威胁其皇权与帝位。悬镜司首尊夏江与宁国侯谢玉一直怕祁王掌权后会损害他们的利益，同时他们亦洞悉萧选对祁王及林燮的疑虑，故设局陷害祁王及林燮。

大梁敌国大渝兴兵南下，林燮率赤焰军七万将士前往前线迎敌，与大渝军在梅岭血战三日三夜，终击退大渝军，但谢玉的军队以赤焰军通敌谋反为名，袭击已十分疲惫的赤焰军，最后七万赤焰军于梅岭全军覆没，主帅林夑亦战死。赤焰军被灭后，谢玉及夏江更诬陷祁王萧景禹主使林燮叛变，萧选一怒之下将祁王赐死、为之求情作保的文武臣僚也被屠戮殆尽。祁王生母宸妃亦饮恨自缢，林燮妻晋阳公主更在朝阳殿上当着萧选与众臣的面自刎明志。从此，赤焰军、祁王、林燮、宸妃在大梁成为禁忌，臣民间被禁止谈论。

但随父亲林燮出征梅岭的赤焰少帅林殊，在父亲保护下而侥幸生还，从地狱之门拾回残命，却身中天下奇毒之首的火寒之毒。林殊经削骨挫肉之痛，终解火寒毒，但音容却完全改变，身体亦变得虚弱畏寒、无法再享常人之寿。后来林殊在琅琊阁的帮助下，集结了幸存的赤焰旧部与有缘志士、化身为天下第一大帮江左盟盟主梅长苏。十二年后，梅长苏成为了名满天下的琅琊榜首、世人号称麒麟才子，而萧选的两名儿子：太子萧景宣与誉王萧景桓为争储君之位的斗争日趋白热化，二人皆希望招揽梅长苏为己用。

梅长苏化名为苏哲，以养病与挚友邀请入京为由、凭一介白衣之身重返帝都金陵，表面上协助誉王对付太子，实际上是协助唯一仍保有祁王风骨、却不得皇帝萧选欢心的靖王萧景琰争夺储君之位，林殊决心在自己有限的寿数内令靖王成为储君，最终为祁王及赤焰军雪冤。

“Nirvana in Fire” is a mainland Chinese costume drama produced by Shandong Film and Television Media Group, adapted from the novel of the same name by writer Hai Yan. The story takes place in a fictional world inspired by the Southern Liang Dynasty. The series was co-directed by the award-winning directors Kong Sheng and Li Xue. Zhang Zhehan played the role of the young Lin Shu, a young prodigy general. The drama premiered on September 19, 2015, on Beijing TV and Oriental TV, and was simultaneously broadcasted on online platforms such as iQiyi, Youku, and LeTV. It was also available on the Taiwanese OTT platform LiTV.

Synopsis

Emperor Xiao Xuan of Da Liang was aided by Yan Que and Lin Xie in his youth to ascend to the throne. After ascending, Emperor Xiao Xuan appointed Lin Xie as the commander of the elite Chi Yan Army and married Lin Xie’s sister as his concubine, who later gave birth to his eldest son, Prince Qi, Xiao Jingyu. As Prince Qi grew older, he gained widespread support from his subjects. However, Emperor Xiao Xuan, now middle-aged, became increasingly suspicious, fearing that Prince Qi and his uncle Lin Xie would conspire against him, threatening his authority and throne. Shen Zhong Shi Xun Shijiu Xing (The Mirror of Hanging) and Ningguo Marquis Xie Yu feared that Prince Qi’s accession to power would harm their interests. They also sensed Emperor Xiao Xuan’s suspicions towards Prince Qi and Lin Xie, thus setting a trap to frame Prince Qi and Lin Xie.

The enemy country of Da Yu invaded, and Lin Xie led his Chi Yan Army of seventy thousand soldiers to the frontlines to meet the enemy. After a three-day-three-night bloody battle at Meiling, they eventually repelled the Da Yu Army. However, Xie Yu’s army, under the pretext of the Chi Yan Army’s treason and rebellion, attacked the exhausted Chi Yan Army. In the end, the seventy thousand Chi Yan Army perished at Meiling, and Lin Xu, the commander-in-chief, also died in battle. After the Chi Yan Army was annihilated, Xie Yu and Xia Jiang framed Prince Qi, Xiao Jingyu, as the mastermind behind Lin Xie’s betrayal. In a fit of anger, Emperor Xiao Xuan sentenced Prince Qi to death, and the civil and military officials who pleaded on his behalf were also slaughtered. Prince Qi’s mother, the concubine, also died by suicide, and Lin Xie’s wife, Princess Jin Yang, committed suicide in front of Emperor Xiao Xuan and his courtiers, demonstrating her determination. Since then, the Chi Yan Army, Prince Qi, Lin Xie, and the concubine have become taboos in Da Liang, and discussing them among the subjects is prohibited.

However, Lin Shu, the young commander of the Chi Yan Army who accompanied his father Lin Xie to the Meiling, survived with his father’s protection and regained consciousness after being on the brink of death, but he was poisoned by the deadliest poison in the world, the Fire Frost Poison. Lin Shu, after enduring excruciating pain, finally eradicated the Fire Frost Poison, but his appearance and voice changed completely, and his body became weak, sensitive to cold, and unable to enjoy the longevity of an ordinary person. Later, with the help of the Lang Ya Pavilion, Lin Shu gathered the surviving members of the Chi Yan Army, as well as like-minded individuals, and transformed into the leader of the largest gang in the world, the Jiangzuo League, known as Mei Changsu. Twelve years later, Mei Changsu became the number one on the Lang Ya Bang, acclaimed as a genius, while the struggle between Emperor Xiao Xuan’s two sons, Crown Prince Xiao Jingxuan and Prince of Yuzhou Xiao Jinghuan, for the throne became increasingly fierce. Both of them hoped to recruit Mei Changsu to their side.

Mei Changsu used the alias Su Zhe and, on the pretext of recuperating and being invited by his close friends, returned to the imperial capital Jinling with a simple white-clad attire. He ostensibly assisted Prince of Yuzhou in dealing with the Crown Prince, but in reality, he assisted the only remaining man, Prince of Jing, Xiao Jingyan, who still possessed the dignity of Prince Qi but failed to win the favor of Emperor Xiao Xuan, in the struggle for the throne. Lin Shu was determined to make Prince of Jing the crown prince within his limited lifespan and ultimately clear the name of Prince Qi and the Chi Yan Army.
