【抽奖流程】

📌 第一阶段：信息收集

时间：7月9日12:00 – 7月31日23:59（北京时间）

▶ 个人参与方式：
🌟 购买完成后，请根据实际情况填写下方表格。
每购买一张《拾荒者》专辑，可获得一次抽奖机会。

▶ 团体参与方式：
🌟 各团体将向官网提供详细购买名单。
名单确认后，官网将为每位参与者生成唯一抽奖码，并返还给对应团体。
每购买一张《拾荒者》专辑，同样可获得一次抽奖机会。

📌 第二阶段：抽奖与中奖公示

12.07.2025

🌟 信息收集截止后，我们将依据大家提交的订单及购买数量，通过程序随机抽取中奖者。
🌟 中奖名单公示后，官网将统一向中奖者发送信息核对邮件。
请确保所填写的邮箱准确，并与订单信息（包含购买数量）一致。团单中奖者我们将根据抽奖码向团体组织者取得中奖者Email。

📌 第三阶段：中奖资格审核

12.07.2025 – 12.14.2025

🌟 中奖者需在规定时间内回复核对邮件，提交以下资料进行审核：

1. 个人下单者： 需提供带订单号及购买套数的订单录屏。
   ⚠️ 如中奖者未按要求提供审核材料，或未在规定时间内回复，视为放弃资格，将进行补抽。

2. 团体下单者： 将由组织者统一提交订单截图及对应表格。请务必妥善保留组织方提供的抽奖码。

1. 本次活动的最终解释权归张哲瀚官方网站所有；

2. 后续通知将根据专辑发货情况而定，请随时关注官网最新动态；

3. 本表格仅供个人官网购买者填写，如为团购，请联系各组织者；

4. 所有时间均为北京时间（GMT+8）。

【Lucky Draw Process】

📌 Phase 1: Entry Collection

Period: July 9, 12:00 – July 31, 23:59 (Beijing Time)

▶ For Individual Participants:
🌟 After purchasing, please fill out the form on the official website according to your actual order.
Each copy of the Scavenger album counts as one lucky draw entry.

▶ For Group Participants:
🌟 Each group will submit a detailed purchase list to the official site.
After confirmation, a unique draw code will be generated for each participant and returned to the group.
Each copy of the Scavenger album also counts as one lucky draw entry.

📌 Phase 2: Draw & Winner Announcement

12.07.2025

🌟 After the entry collection closes, a random draw will be conducted via an automated program based on the submitted orders and quantities.
🌟 Once the results are announced, a confirmation email will be sent to all winners.
Please ensure that your email is accurate and matches your order information.

📌 Phase 3: Winner Verification

12.07.2025 – 12.14.2025

🌟 Winners must respond to the verification email within the designated time and provide the following documents:

1. For individual orders: A screen recording showing the order number and quantity.

2. For group orders: Verification will be based on the purchase list and screenshots provided by the organizer.
   The winner’s email will be retrieved from the group organizer using the corresponding draw code.
   ⚠️ Please keep your draw code provided by the group organizer.

If any winner fails to meet the verification requirements or does not respond in time, a redraw will be conducted.
